What Causes Dizziness And Nausea While Suffering From SVT?

I was diagnosed with SVT back in 02/2017. I have been on beta blockers since then, but rececntly have started having chest pain on my left side into my back and down my left arm. I went to the ER and they did an EKG which was normal and blood tests. My D-Dimer test came back elevated at .96. They did a CT scan of my chest and I was told there are no clots, but I am still having chest pain and back pain. It is all on my left side. I have some dizziness and nausea that comes and goes. What else could be causing this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

Since you are having recurrent left sided chest pain, I recommend to undergo stress test/angiogram along with EKG to rule out possible coronary artery disease. Please be advised to follow up with your cardiologist for necessary evaluation.

Regards
Dr.Lekshmi
