I had a head injury about two days ago I had gone to the doctor today they said I should be okay there is bruising where the injury occurred and hours after my appointment my dizzy spells are more frequent and when turn my head to the left it hurts or when I stand up from laying down or sitting down I seem to feel a little off balance and I also feel nauseated what should I do to feel better or decrease the feeling of being nauseated
