What Causes Dizziness And Migraines?

I have checked my blood pressure the past week readings have been constant 100/61 and 99/57. I have been experiencing dizziness upon standing everytime I stand when I eat I get a migraine every time. I m young 20 5 8 130 pounds. I smoke and I m not very active what could be wrong and what could I change ? Have I done any damage ?
