What Causes Dizziness And Low Grade Fever?

I had a chest cold with sore throat, and then when almost over that I got a bladder infection (ecoli) and had a course of CIPRO, then 4 days after Cipro i have malaise, fatigue, nausea. Vomiting only once. I slept all day sunday, Now having dizziness and low grade fever, 100 degrees . I am 54 yo. Do I need to be seen?

It might be due to common viral illness for which take some antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or combiflam for headache or body-ache. Take cap rekool-d or pantop-dsr empty stomach along with some multivitamin tablets for lethargy, fatigue and weakness. Take bed rest for few days and you will feel better soon.
