What Causes Dizziness And Light Headedness While Having Elevated BP And BPM?
My blood pressure is 156/84 with a pulse of 124. How normal is this? I also get tired easily and short of breath. I also experience dizziness and lightheadedness and I have experienced pains in the center of my chest and trouble catching my breath after exertion. I am a pretty active 35yo man. I also get hot suddenly and start feeling sick and start sweating. And I am constantly feeling my own heart beating inside my chest.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sinusitis , ear infection , condition like meniere's disease or Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) . In your the reason for the symptoms is BPPV . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order videonystagmography , MRI or examination of ear with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with antibiotics like gentamycin , anti inflammatory and may recommend procedure like canalith repositioning procedure . For now do not bend forward and drink green tea thrice a day . Also consult cardiologist for hight blood pressure . Doctor may prescribe betablockers and frusamide .
