What Causes Dizziness And Headache?

I ve had dizziness for over 12 hours now, with accompanied headache. Have not experienced this before. I otherwise feel OK; no shortage of breath, no tingling, no nausea. My diet is normal. The only thing different than my normal routine is that I took an allergy bill about 24 hrs ago.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to the effect of allergy pill or varation in blood pressure. The effects of allergy pill will go once you sleep properly and get up. Check your blood pressure and pulse rate also. In case everything is fine you can take any over the counter analgesic. If still no improvement then approach your GP.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
