What Causes Dizziness And Fainting?
hello Doctor,
I feel dizzy and faint when getting up from bed after sleep.Even i feel same when turn my head in bed during sleeping.Things are revolving around me and i cannot focus anything when lying in the bed.I checked BP and sugar..All are normal.what are the reasons for this abnormal faint?

you are feeling dizzy when you're turning your head means may be nerves in your neck became sensitive or may be compressed , may be some muscle strain also causes these types of symptoms. once check hemoglobin, electrolytes to rule out other causes
