What Causes Dizziness And Fainting During Pregnancy?

I am 33 wks pregnant and was told today I have low amniotic fluid at a 5. She told me to increase my intake of fluids but I drink over a gallon a day and at least 2 quarts at night. I am always thirsty and have been having symptoms of lightheaded/dizziness and fainting the last 2 weeks. They checked my heart and it is healthy. Could the low amniotic fluid be causing these symptoms? What should I expect? and is my baby in any danger?
