What Causes Dizziness And Double Vision In The Eye?
I m having some dizziness ,my right eye I see double. I have knots in the back of my neck and on the side of it. My neck is swollen.Im tired all the time. I get pain in the back of my neck .it gets very tight and so does my shoulders. headache. I can t get up and stay up long. I have to get back in bed and prop my head back up so I don t get dizzy and in more pain.

dizziness and diplopia is not related to knots on back of neck. this may be enlarged lymph node. you should go for general checkup. hemogram, and hypertensive profile should be done. there may be infective focus like lungs from its area of drainage.
