What Causes Dizziness And Breathing Difficulty With Coughing?

today i felt dizzy and began having difficulty breathing, then i began coughing, i fainted, after came back to my senses was very weak hours later have pain in my left hand, left shoulder, left part of the chest and left upper part of my back, what is wrong with me?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should first rule out heart related diseases in your case.
Your symptoms like dizziness, coughing, breathing difficulty, left sided chest and arm pain etc are suggestive of heart failure and angina.
So get done ecg and 2d echo first.
If both these are normal then get done chest x ray and PFT (pulmonary function test) to rule out lung related diseases like lung infection or bronchitis.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
