What Causes Dizziness Along With Sinus Pressure And Ringing In Ears?

hello I am having some dizziness and sinus pressure and ringing in my ears I have been told that I have allergies and was put on nasal sprays I had a hearing test as well and a sinus mri done no sinusitis but my sinuses are dry feeling with drianage in the back of my throat and it seems like its starts between my eyes and and I start to feel dizzy along with my ears ringing with pressure behind my eyes what to do

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the allergic condition then it may be associated with vestibular dysfunction and it can be tried with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
