What Causes Dizziness Along With Excessive Sweating?
Hi, I ve been feeling dizzy, shaky, and sweaty at times for the last week. I m not diabetic but have been monitoring my glucose levels... they range from 97 before eating to 140s after I ve eaten. When I eat I feel better but then feel hungry immediately again, even after a meal with complex carbs and protein. My levels raise then drop again quickly.

You should again do the test for sugar and consult physicians. Then you will probably get your answers. Reason for weakness may not be always related to low sugar.
