What Causes Dizziness Along With Ear Ache?

Hi the last few days I have been feeling a little dizzy every so often. Today o have a ear ache and also a bit of a swore throught. I asked my partner to take a look who notices I have lumps on my younger. They are not white, over the last few days a few colleagues have called in sick with hand foot and mouth although I haven t really been around them. Should I be worried

Sore throat and ear ache may be related to an acute upper respiratory tract infection (common cold or flu).

If you have not had any contact with any of the persons with hand foot and mouth disease then it is not likely related to this condition.

The use of pain killers and oral gargles/sprays/lozenges may help.

If the ear ache persists then you may need topical or oral antibiotics for treatment.
