I have been having spells that last between 1-3 hours where I start to fade away from my environment and become light headed, can t think clearly, trouble with my gait at times, walking crooked, and very drowsy, I became lethargic and fought to stay conscious for 3 hours 2 weeks ago. Ive been an RN for 20 years and thought perhaps it is related to my systemic mastocytosis but my pupils seems dilated to me for weeks now and today seem bigger but I feel not too bad today compared to most days. I see neurology next week and eye exam but my pupils do concern me. I also had my first anaphylaxis the other day. My vision seems to have deterioriated significantly the past 3 months. I was told 2 years ago I may be able to get by with reader glasses for a few years but my sight has really declined. I have also had some migraine type headaches on and off the past 2 weeks. I have uncontrolled b/p at times due to my POTS disease and mastocytosis.
