I was looking at my computer screen, something kind of snapped or popped in my head on the right side near my hairline and then i was dizzy for about 5 seconds. I feel okay now, but there is a slight strain ir tension in that spot internally....any ideas what happened?

A eustachian tube block may have opened up - rule out tube block, retracted ear drum, too much strain for the computer, muscle tension so forth. In any any any single episode can demand wait- and watch approach
