What Causes Disturbed Sleep In A Toddler?
I have a 3 and half old son that is waking in the middle of the night very distressed and not wanting me to go near him. Crying, hitting the floor etc. This has just started and can last up to 20 minutes. When he has calmed down in snuggles in for a cuddle and goes straight back off to sleep. Should I be concerned. Hello carmel from my opinion you don't worry so much children of that age grade tend to get awake reasons due maybe some bad dreams getting them scary all the time so nevermine the symptom will surely go away but if it does not stop after several years later you can take him to nearby paediatric psychologist
