What Causes Disorientation Along With Slurred Speech And Seizures?
Recently my wife had an episode where she showed all the systems of someone totally messed up on pills. Completly disoriented, slurred speech, nodding off, this was after a manic spell. She has had a couple of seizures in the past. Could this be some kind of seizure?

Yes, this could be a seizure or a stroke. She needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. If symptoms totally resolve seizure is more likely. If symptoms persist longer than a few minutes it could be a stroke or even brain tumor. If this has lasted a while get her to emergency now.
