What Causes Discomfort Under The Left Arm Pit?

I have discomfort under my left arm pit but can t feel anything like a knot. Its a sensation when I rubb it (dry axle after a shower) Started approx. 4 days ago when I used a deo roller and is still there. Discomfort increases when I put press my upper arm on my rib cage.

If you can not feel any swelling in the axillary then the problem is most likely a dermatitis that is causing all this trouble.
It might have resulted due to allergy to the new deodorant or oil or it may be a local condition called hydradenitis suppurativa.
You should avoid exposure to any cosmetic that you have started recently.
Keep the region dry.
You can use medicated powders for local irritation.
If the problem does not subside fully in 3days then you should approach a local physician for a detailed examination.
