What Causes Discomfort In The Chest?

I am a 25 year old male, for about the last 3 years i have been getting a tight chest tension in the center of my chest. There is always a tension but seams to increase in tension with stress increases. But besides the normal stress that everybody deals with my life is pretty perfect. Food doesnt affect it, i can push my chest out and pull my shoulders back and my chest will crack and that give much relief but theres still a tension. I have been to 2 doctors and the ER i have had EGK, blood work, XRays, and a cat scan on my chest and everything is normal. I asked the doctor 3 years ago with i went the first time if he thought it was stress and he said no, just that simple no test or anything. Help!

HI
Well come to HCM
If your all the test are unremarkable then only possibility remained would be hyperacidity with some aggravating factors, in my opinion the condition can be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for three weeks, take care.
