What Causes Discomfort In The Back And Inside Of Arms While Walking Uphill?

Im 80 yrs old.........when I walk uphill or up a grade ifell discomfort across thw top of my back and often down the inside of both arms. when I walk on level ground this discomfort leaves. I had a mild heart attack in 1997 also a stent. any ideas?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having angina pain giving this problem.
As there is history of heart attack and stent, avoid more exertion and avoid going up stairs or high climbing.
