What Causes Discomfort In Heart After EKG And Echo Are Ok?

I have been diagnosed with Panic and Anxiety. Heart Palpatations on and off for a few months. I saw a cardiologist 2 weeks ago who ran an EKG and Echo, which both came back ok. I am hooked up to a monitor that I have to wear for 30 days. But I noticed about a week and a half ago I started feeling a "pinch" in my heart. It comes and goes, usually happens every hour or so. I have been very stressed lately, stessing soooo much over all of this and have read that most likely since the EKG and Echo are ok, it is stress related? Can that be true? My Cardiologist does not seem to think it is heart pain at all.

Yes ur cardiologist is absolutely right because cardiac pains are different. the one u have is linked with ur anxiety and palpitations are also a result of anxiety
