My stomach has been gurgling a lot especially if I eat or drink anything. For the last few months about once every week or 2 I vomit, sometimes its off and on all night other times its just once but a lot. When this happens I feel pain in my back and just feel out of it like I just can t move. About a month ago I noticed my abdomen on the left side was hard and swollen it goes all the way from below my hip up to about my belly button its about as wide as my hand and I can see my heart beating around this area. Two weeks ago I had really bad pain on my right side in my lower abdomen especially when I moved my legs or tried to lie down, even walking hurt, it lasted about two days then went away but it seems like the swelling in the left side has gotten worse since then, when I lie down I can see how swollen it is and the hard spot, I do get heart burn a lot and notice the vomiting comes on after eating greasy food or oranges. Im a 37 year old female I ve never had children or any type of surgery I m 5 3 and weigh 158lbs
