What Causes Discoloration Under The Eyelids?
My daughter, age 6, has discoloration underneath her eye lids, in the soft tissue beneath her eyelids, that is red-purple in color. Should I be concerned? I am assuming that it is allergies since our pollen count is extremely high in Georgia at this time.

it can be hyper pigmentation apply sunscreen lotion avoid expo user to sun. can put up dark glass.it is not allergy since there is no signs and symptoms of allergy.follow the advise on treatment given and i hope you will improve
