What Causes Discoloration On The Toes Post Treatment For A Fracture?

Hi there, my name is Lauren and exactly a week ago I broke my foot and had a cast put on because I have a Jones fracture. Today I woke up with my toes (ones on cast) being extremely cold and discolored. I don t know whether they were discolored because they were cold or something else because I haven t left my house all day. I tried wiggling my toes and my big toe won t move. Touching behind the my big toe feels numb and tingly. Is this all normal? Should I go to my orthopedic surgeon and have them replaced my cast? Please let me know what you think I should do.
