What Causes Discoloration On The Toes After An Injury?

hi my mother in-law tripped and hurt her toes, adter several months my sister in-law notice discoloration of her toes they turned black...she was also diabetic doctor in mexico suggested to amputate her leg, but she was told to wait for the test result first before they could something about her problem

there is possibilty of gangrene in toe , as she is a diabetic and had some injury. in such cases amputation may be required depending upon severity. as the test reports are awaited , you can wait till that time.
