What Causes Discoloration And Fluid Sack Around The Skin Tag?
I was wondering if I should worry I have had this skin tag for 7 years at least but two days ago it looked purple but I took a shower then it looked normal last night there was a fluid sack around it and it popped it was red and now I see there is dry blood should I be worried?

This can happen, and is nothing to worry about really. Just make sure you take good care of your wound, and take all required measures to prevent an infection like keeping it clean, application of a topical antibiotic (E.g. neosporin), sterile dressing, etc; and it should be fine in no time.
