What Causes Discharge Of Sperms During Urination?

Hi I am 25 and my problem is sperms in my urine, it happens every single time i urinated, now ehat i think is my sperms are gone thin due to which it mix up with urine this all happen with excessive masturbation I don t masturbate nowadays much but when ever i do i can see tge sperms are thin, nothing solid just plain liquid Any tips to get out of this mess is appreciated As thinking of this problem and living with guilt is tough Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What problems you are facing could be due to infection or inflammation related to prostate gland, which could be causing excess secretion of fluid similar to semen following passage of urine.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of abdomen done to know the status of the prostate. Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation.
In case infection of the prostate gland is present, it can be appropriately treated with a course of oral antibiotics. Masturbation has nothing to do much with this problem.
Drink good quantity of fluids. In case you have a doubt that there is thinning of semen, you can get a semen analysis done also.
