What Causes Discharge Of Fecal Matter From Rectum After A Colectomy?

Hello My name is John. Approx. 3 years ago I had a total colectomy and ileostomy. recently I Have noticed fecal matter coming from my rectum. Its not the usual mucus or blood...and this concerns me. I was recently diagnosed with chrones disease which progressed from U.C.
O.K. I am on disability and very very poor. 18.00$ is 2 days eating for me...sry for wasting your time:(

I really appreciate your concern, what the pathological condition you have and surgeries done such symptoms of leaking feces per rectum is likely and that demands the further investigation, it can not be checked without knowing the underlying cause it would be surgical condition again.
