What Causes Difficulty With Placenta Detaching, Chest/abdominal Pain, Difficulty Breathing After Delivery?

Looking for direction in testing or specialty to look at: Since birth of 3rd child in 2012, difficulty with placenta detaching, after delivery chest pain, acute central abdominal pain, difficulty breathing - I left hospital without letting staff know, they only questioned the blood pressure being an issue. THe abdominal has not stopped since then and has Further developed in Sept 2013 with signs and symptoms which are progressively getting worse and listed as follows; Gross hematuria on a daily basis, acute intermittent abdominal pain, cva tenderness, hands and leg swelling, stabbing arm pain both left and right side, intermittent chest pain, heartburn, loss of appetite with weight gain, black fuzziness in vision, random bruising and swelling in lower extremeties with severe itching and small lesions , nausea, extreme nausea after eating. headaches, extreme fatigue -sleeping 10 hrs a night. Diarrhea for one week, alternating with constipation, lower back pain. Feeling like I m going to pass out but don t actually pass out - this happens on a consistent basis. All symptoms seem to be consistent with kidney issues, 2 abdominal/pelvic ultrasounds completed with 1 showing renal cortical defect, 2nd one showing prominent central kidney both sides, CT Urogram completed which was unremarkable. Urine Cytology came back negative as well only noted as tea coloured. Urologist won t give an appointment because the CT and cytology showed nothing. Previous Medical Hx: Fibrous dysplasia, incompetent vascular in lower extremeties with full stripping from groin to ankle done approx. 8 years ago. No one seems to know where to send me or what the issue is. THese are sudden onset and worsening at a fast pace over the last 6 months, I am a young and healthy 33 yr old with no medical issues, never taken medications, no allergies. Unsure if this is related to the birth process with a placenta accrete or if related to the fibrous dysplasia, or neither. Any ideas where to go with these signs/symptoms or what testing may be the best avenue to finding out what the issue is?

Did you see your obstetrician? Is the hematuria confirmed after testing? The scan reports related to kidneys are not clear. Have you obtained your throid profile? If it is placenta accreta or percreta, at times the placenta cannot be detached at all. A simply adherent placenta can lead to difficulty in separation. More details are needed before suggesting a probable diagnosis. Meanwhile, please see your obstetrician, nephrologist and an endocrinologist regarding your possible hypothyroidism.
