What Causes Difficulty To Urinate After A Hip Replacement Surgery?

I had hip replacement surgery 9 days ago. Taking Meds for pain and sleep, 7.500 hoed. Codya half Ambien stool softener Only at night! I m 50 in great shape walking now with walker A little stiff not too much pain !! Today I started experiencing not being able to urine !!!very difficult and to actually sit down to go !! this has happened twice today I have had some fat , pizza mostly salads fruits and I pretty good ???? Something combination of meds I m making it difficult this is never happened to me before not even in the hospital ????? Help
