What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing, fever And Profuse Sweating?

Hello. I am a 33 year old 5 ft 120 pound female who has been seen by multiple endocrinologists and still have had no resolution to my issues. I have a huge goiter on my right thyroid that has multiple cysts but I have been told that if they get bigger they may operate but, since there has been no growth in the last year no further action has been taken and it does make it very difficult to swallow and I also run about a 102-103 temp at least once a day. I have sweating problems that have become very embarrassing and with all the blood tests and ultrasounds there has been no diagnosis. Can you share your input on what I might be experiencing?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have huge goitre in thyroid.
Now you have difficulties in swallowing.

Difficulties in swallowing is the indication for surgery. You should go for ultrasound thyroid, FNAC and Thyroid function tests and then plan surgery accordingly.

Your fever may be due to some other reason.
Sweating may be due to thyroid problem or some other reason.

Hope I have answered your question. if you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
