What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing?

I am having difficulties with swallowing and feeling as if the food is sliding down slowly causing me to feel queasy and lose my appetite. I feel hungry all the time but fill up quick or feel as if I am. My stomach is having a lot of discomfort. I am having headaches, high heart rate / 121 with palpitations. I have not been able to eat much at all in 1 - 2 weeks. I do have Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I have been Gluten free. It used to be only if I ate something I shouldn t but now it is anything. Feel horrible all the time.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease ) and this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, at evening time, for six week avoid spicy food, if you have history of thyroid disease then scan of the gland is necessary, hope this information helps, take care.
