it stared with a lump in my throat this a.m., by afternoon Im having trouble swallowing and now I have real bad heartburn that I feel from my throat to just under my chest plate. I had a previous chest cold with cough and lots of phlem . Its it just a sour throat or something more

Hi, you are having sore throat with little gastritis .
Do hot saline gargle for your throat, drink boilrd water only. Avoid citrus fruits,.
Ear small and frequent feeds for yoyr heartburn,
You need to take De congestant tablet and pain killers . antibiotics may be necessary but only after doctor consultation only.
Add on a gastric tablet akso,
All these are prescription medication .so please consult doctor and take.
