What Causes Difficulty In Retraction Of Penile Foreskin?

Sir.. I am a 22 year old guy. I didnot ever care my penis. I thought as my age goes my penis will attain its physique . Now i am little confused about my physique of penis. The problem is that its outer skin layer is still not moving down easily . Its so painful when i drag it down. But in porn clips , penis's outer layer can be dragged down easily. I dont know whether it is my penis's problem or its late maturity factors or my fault in proper caring of my penis??? Plzz help me

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your symptoms you must be suffering from Balanitis.It is common in uncircumcised males. It is simple hygiene problem. If you do not wash under the foreskin, a cheesy material called smegma accumulates, in between foreskin & glans penis.
This can cause irritation & difficulty in retraction of penile foreskin. The solution is to wash carefully with warm water. If a person has recurrent balanitis then circumcision( removal of foreskin) of penis is advised.
