my boyfriend has had alot of operations froma kidney transplant to testicular cancer when we have sex he can cum but it doesnt come out of his penis he says his penis is to tight wll this effect our chances of having children and is there anything we can do?

If you both plan to have children then it is best to first get a semen analysis done and then consult a fertility clinic to know the probabilities of have a child in the natural way. If on few attempts you are not able to have a pregnancy with your partner then artificial reproductive techniques might help. In present days there is a lot of medical advancements which might benefit you.
