What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving?

Hi .. M married 3 mnths are cmpltd I m tking droins 20 before marriege now 3 mnths cmplt m not tking tablt.. We are try to make baby but not pssbl.. My periods are on time . i hve also tstng tyroid .. Its is ngtve my hubby also test all are nrml Then why i hve not get pregnancy

Hi thanks for asking question.

You have mentioned your reports are normal.
Do semen analysis of your husband for sperm analysis ....Because 30% infertility because of male problems....

Anyway you have just completed 3 month of marriage...
If you are not pregnant within 1 year then it is infertility....
Meanwhile continue with unprotected sexual intercause between 10 to 20 day of menstruation as chances of pregnancy more at that time.....

If still problem then further work up done with hystetoscipy ,USG , hormone estimation etc.....
Eat healthy food...
