What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving?

its been 4 yrs that I have got married, but every month my try to get conceived is failing.. I had a tubical block but that has been cleared. I am on a different medication every month on month from 3 yrs. In the follicular study it shows that my egg is released on the 21st day. please suggest, I need some help.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
There could be two reasons why you would be having difficulty in conceiving.
1. Tubal block, which was there earlier would have prevented you from conceiving. Now since it is overcome, it might give you a better chance to conceive.
2. Ovulation studies indicating ovulation around 21st day suggests that you are having delay in ovulation. Ideally, it should happen by 13th day. Delayed ovulation reduces the chances of conceiving as, even if fertilization happens by proper timing, implantation might have problem as endometrium might not have been prepared well.
Hence, kindly consult Infertility specialist so that you can be appropriately treated by giving medications so that you will have timely periods as well as ovulation. In case this doesn't work out, it would be better to go for assisted reproduction techniques like invitro-fertilization (IVF).
