Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. There are several causes for failure of conception. In this scenario, the possible causes are a delayed return to ovulation, other hormone insufficiencies, tubal factors, infections and the male factor. If ovulation is established, regular intercourse during the ovulation or fertile period is needed to ensure conception. Please see an infertility specialist if you fail to conceive even after six months of sincere trial. Hope this helps.
