My doctor says I need to have my esophagus stretched. Food seem to get stuck in the back of my throat or center of chest , causing mild pain. My biggest concern (which I did not mention to my doctor) is I breathing seems to be difficult-like there is great humidity in the air when there is none or a/c is on 70 or 72. What is causing my breathing difficulty? I m 68 years old, work full time at a sedentary job, and weigh 200 lbs. even. My a/c is New.
