im 17 years old.. Friday night i got a little to drunk. some guy popped out with some white powdery stuff and i did 2 keys.. i felt good but the next day i felt horrible. i regret doing it. I really do i hate myself for doing it. to this day i havent felt good on saturday i felt i wasn't able to breathe.. on sunday i was asleep all day and my heart felt like it stopped beating for a second and my body went tingly and numb and i got scared and started shaking.. any suggestions

Hello there, well, the complaints that you have described could very well be attributed to many substances including alcohol itself. The difficulty in breathing and the feeling of your heart not beating for a second, looks more like panic symptoms.I would suggest you consult a physician to rule out the possibility of any medical illness (organic causes), once that is done, it is advisable not to mix any substance along with alcohol, for the effects could cause serious complications and can be fatal sometimes. So your immediate priority is to consult a physician and get a complete medical check up done.
