Understanding your concern. As per your query you have difficulty in breathing and sudden numbness in the hands . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cervical spondylosis , cervical radiculopathy , nerve compression , or symptoms or angina . Allergic reaction can also cause such symptoms. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI .
