Hello I had gone through your question diligently and I can understand your concern
You have the problem of constipation, stool gets hardened in the colon when it doesn't pass through.
I would advise you for certain die try modifications and life style changes and I am sure if you follow it sincerely you will will.definitely benefitted You should take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with dietary fibers which will increase the roughage and facilitates the bowel movement You should take plenty of fluids orally 3 to 4 liters a day, half a liter in early morning after getting up You can take sesame seed half a handful whenever you get constipation.
Laxatives are not advisable for routine use. Please write back to me if anything is not clear. Thanks for your question Best wishes
