What Causes Difficulty And Pain During Bowel Movement?

Hello Doctor,

My son (5 months old) is crying and suffering and feeling pain during he goes toilet.
My wife breast feeding to my son and she has travelled on friday for about 12 hours journey and next two consecutive days she had taken biryani for dinner and lunch with some pickles.

Now my son is getting frequent montions as liquid and his body is also very heat.

could you please advise on this... what should do... I really tensed.

Hi... I think the child has acquired some infection during the travel. You should continue with the breast feeding. Along with that you should give ORS to maintain the fluid levels of the baby. Also keep watch on urine output. If loose motion persist and baby becomes lethargic inspite of giving fluids then we need to do stool routine study and start antibiotics.
