What Causes Difficult Urination Post Ejaculation?

After i ejaculate, it is impossible(and i mean impossible, not even drops...) for me to urinate. i have read all of the answers that talk about the little "valve" to separate the urine from the sperm, but they all say that it should go away after a few min to an hour. however when i have this issue i end up in walking in circles for up to nine hours because i have to go so bad. i want to know what is wrong as well as if there is a way for me to be able to urinate after this problem starts. or better, a way to fix the problem w/o surgery.

Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be due to urinary tract infection, stricture urethra, less intake of water etc. You may need a urethrogram test, along with ultrasound of abdomen/pelvis and urinalysis to know exact reason.

Stay healthy and let me know if you need any clarifications.

Thanks!
