What Causes Different Size Of Testicles?

is there any problem if one testicle is a little bit big in size as compared to the other one ?
age - 19 height - 178 cm. no medical history

Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
No dear not at all problem. Please take note that normally right testis is somewhat higher and left is on lower side physiologically in 80%. You may consider wrong that right is small and left is big. So no need to worry as it is not size difference but level difference.And yes some size difference is also there in actual.
However if you find any lump or swelling by self examination,please report the doctor.
