What Causes Diarrhoea Without Cold, Fever Or Vomiting In Kids?

I have a 2 year old that has foul, fishy smelling diarrhea with thick mucus in it for about a week now. Anytime she eats the food runs right through here and comes out in the form mentioned above. She s a very strong eater; however, since this has occurred she s become very finicky and has frequent urges to potty and has several accidents because she can t hold it. There has been no change to her diet, we haven t been out of the country and she doesn t take any type of medication. She doesn t have a cold, fever, nausea or vomiting. She has a twin sister who is not displaying any of these symptoms. What could this be?

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Celiac Diarrhea ? or Cheese and Milk product Food Allergy.
Infective Causes by Virus/ Parasites / Bacteria needs to be ruled out in your daughters case.
The possibility of Gluten or Cheese / Milk product Food Intolerance is more in your case,as she is strong eater.
Twin is not suffering does not rule out the Food intolerance in her case.
