I am a 32-year-old female with a history of anal fissures and constipation.

A week ago, I had a diarrhea incident where I started having bad stomach pain on a short car trip. I had to poop, but I was able to hold it for about half an hour until we reached our destination. I had a very difficult time with diarrhea, and thought I might vomit, but I ended up not vomiting. After I used the bathroom, I went to bed and woke up feeling fine. For the rest of the week, I've had mild diarrhea, nothing to complain about. One time, there were small black spots in my poop, but I flushed before I realized I had seen anything, so I didn't look closely. Today, I drank about 16 ounces of coffee, which I believe is more than I normally drink. I was at the park with my son shortly after that when the urge to poop hit hard and I barely made it home. I had a worse case of diarrhea than before, but with less pain. I attributed it at the time to coffee and having recently traveled.

A few hours later, I farted, but immediately felt something come out. I went to the bathroom and was surprised to see mucus with blood in my underwear. I tried to poop, and more bloody mucus came out. It smelled pretty foul, like fish or like dog anal fluid. I also have a very slight pain in my abdomen, where my stomach is.
