What Causes Diarrhea With Foul Odor?
My 9 month old recently ended a round of antibiotics for a sinus infection and is now fine just teething but the last 2 days started having bad diarrhea that is bright yellow and mostly mucus but smells like amonia and rotting fish, he s on beechnut jar foods and breastmilk only. Should I worry that he has another illness?

usually any child while teething end up having loose stools which are not foul smelling. If the kid is having foul smelling diarrhea, vomiting, looks sick and dehydrated, please contact your pediatrician. kindly give the child lots of oral fluids, ORS solution and clear fluids. Give only soft home cooked food only.
