What Causes Diarrhea With Bubbling Feelings In The Stomach?

Hello Dr,
I got lose motions and had takenn one lopomide tablet but it has not stopped. I feel that I got this due to poor quality water taken at a dinner.Feel bubbling feelings in the stomach. Bit allergic to Tinidazole. Can I take Imosec or something>.Please advice. I am 53 years old 6'2" 98 kgs.

Prefer soft , light , bland , vegan diet with fresh curd preferably .

Avoid all types of oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods , dairy fat , milk till recovery .

Intake of PPI ( as omeprazole ) , antibiotics ( with metronidazole on pack if no sensitivity ) , Racecadrotil as an anti secretory agent helps faster recovery , which requires prescription with your doctor .
