Hello, I am a 5'8", 165lb, 50 yo male and for the last 3 days I have had diarrhea and alot of gas pains. I almost vomitted on the 1st day, soy,ur feeling in my mouth. Ran to the bathroom and instead was able to avoid it by fanning my face. I started taking immodium yesterday morning but still no relief from diarrheag. Today I am also feeling like urinating and not much, if anything, comes out at all. I think I may even have seen a faint amount of redness like a drop or two of blood in it one time. I have also, for about 9 months, been having very skinny looking and more frequent, bowel movements with less output per movement. I have on a few occasions wiped and saw bright red blood on the tissue but then it goes away for a while. I do occasionally get a hemorrhoid also. Any ideas? I am leaving with my wife the day after tomorrow for a long overdue and much neede tropical vacation and need the quickest solution possible to not ruin it seeing we have missed our refundable cancellation window.
